Vinyasa Flow is a Hatha inspired class that takes you through a sequence of postures building to a peak or strong pose before finding relaxation and stillness in Savasana.
Vinyasa will build fire as you work through a dynamic flowing sequence that will inspire both challenge and growth and maybe the odd arm balance or headstand.
Each class is unique and will vary between teachers.
Perfect for: Anyone wanting to decompress and align movement with their breath. Build strength, concentration and flexibility.
If you are new to Yoga we recommend a few Mellow or Yin + Restore classes first.
Mellow is a slower paced class that will lengthen and strengthen your body. Practicing many of the traditional yoga postures. You will get a nice mixture of relaxation, breath work, and energising movement.
Perfect for: People new to yoga or those wanting a slower style flow class.
Craving an excuse to unwind, go deeper into your breath and therapeutically work through sequences centred around flexibility, muscle release and meditation?
Prepare to relax into postures as we hold them for 3-5 minutes, awakening meridian channels and releasing tension in your muscles, joints and, most importantly, your mind.

The goal of Pilates is to strengthen the entire body, with a focus on core activation and pelvic stability. Pilates is a low-impact, controlled form of exercise that can be practised every day and is fantastic for those recovering from or wishing to avoid injury. Our Pilates classes use bodyweight and small props such as the Pilates ball, magic circle, bands and 1kg weights to build long, lean muscles. Chances are you might wake up a muscle you didn’t even know existed!

Barre is a high-intensity fusion of Pilates and dance-inspired movement that will leave your muscles burning, all while building good posture and alignment. Our teachers deliver fun, fast-paced classes that will have you smiling and craving more.
If you are concerned about the speed or are recovering from an injury, try a traditional Pilates class first before diving into barre.
Perfect for: Anyone wanting a fun, fast-paced workout paired with an epic playlist.
Reformer Pilates is a foundational reformer class that focuses on the movements and posture to build a strong base. If you're new to reformer or pilates, or simply want to hone in on your skills and technique, this is the class for you!
Our instructors will carefully guide you through the exercises to ensure you feel safe and get the most out of every movement.
Perfect for: Anyone seeking a low-impact and effective way to build strength and balance throughout the entire body.
A classic reformer Pilates class that works the entire body through low-impact movements. This 45-minute workout will challenge your body, with a strong focus on your core strength, posture, balance, and flexibility. Expect fun yet challenging sequences that will leave you feeling stronger, more aligned and invigorated at the end of each class.
