I have a strong passion for helping people unlock the skills to be able to transform their lifestyle and live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives through adapting mindful living and movement.

A passionate and grounded Yoga and Pilates Teacher that is guided to look after the human body through a variety of movements. Also supporting her students through a spiritual journey and mental health awareness through the connection of the philosophy of Yoga.

Sara’s life changed forever about 8 years ago when she discovered Yoga and finally saw the world in different way. She was looking for stillness and connection and through Yoga just knew that she had to share what she learnt with others.
Training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin, Sara’s gentle nature means you can expect a well rounded experience as you are guided through Pranayama, Asana, Meditation & Mantra.
Amanda guides classes that help students create freedom in their bodies & also their minds. Through the synchronicity of breath, movement & focus you may find you have naturally dropped into a moving meditation.

Jacq is a bubbly and experienced Pilates Instructor with a flair for exciting and energy filled classes. You will leave feeling energised and balanced throughout your entire body.
Technical foundation and growth are built into every one of Jacq's sessions and she loves to see people build strength.
Mia is a dedicated Pilates Practitioner dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall wellbeing. As someone who has suffered from injuries and chronic pain, Mia's passion is to help people find their love of movement and gaining strength.
Mia believes that movement is medicine and loves to create adaptive classes for people of all abilities.
Kira is a nourishing Yoga and Meditation Teacher with extensive experience in Holistic Health and Wellness.
Kira specialises in integrative nutrition and wellness through the healing effects of Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, Meditation and Philosophy.
As a dedicated Yoga professional, Elle has over 20 years experience in helping people embrace ancient traditions in a modern form through dynamic movement to tone, sculpt and de-stress the body and mind.
Elle's passion for helping people then expanded into Pilates and Reformer classes to combine her love for holistic health.
Moving to Australia from Spain over 5 years ago, Anna has a flair for curiosity and learning new things. An injury over 20 years ago while figure skating started Anna's love affair with Yoga and this is when she first found her belonging.
Fast forward to some time in Mexico that led Anna to Mat Pilates and this is where she saw the connection between Yoga and Pilates unfold, the connection between mind and body.
